Part of our portfolio: Our FFW 0400-technology ensuring the super-gentle production of nutraceutical gummies with active substances developing the greatest possible effect (patent pending). Jellies are precisely formed within 12 seconds in a fully automated molding process. This technology can handle very high viscosities and is also suitable for products with low water activity (aw < 0,6). In many cases further curing times can simply be skipped. Highly sensitive ingredients will be exposed to elevated temperatures for only a minimum of time – just right for the production of nutraceuticals. Our FFW 0400 is perfect for the production of gummies made from 100 % fruit. It may be combined with a wide range of kitchen equipment or be integrated into existing lines.

As an industry-independent moulding specialist we are one of the leading manufacturers in this field. Our machines can process paste-like, pourable and gel-like mixtures and are used around the world to get food products, chemical and pharmacuetical goods in good shape.
