This high-profile panel, hosted in collaboration with the European Society of Preventive Medicine, will focus on developments in a life course and exposome approach for enhancing healthspan through harnessing AI in precision nutrition for preventing age-related health conditions. Developments in our understanding of how nutrition can impact the epigenetic basis of biological ageing will be highlighted, including the roles of the microbiome, exercise, sleep, environment and mental health. Featuring world leading academic and industry experts in nutrition and healthy ageing, the session will cover multidisciplinary approaches to innovation in research for consumer lifestyle interventions for enhancing healthspan and longevity.

ESPM focuses on prevention, healthy ageing and longevity science across the life course, working with multiple stakeholders at the intersection of basic research, clinical medicine, education and public health policy. ESPM is an Oxford based not-for-profit organization established to promote the implementation of prediction and prevention of age-related noncommunicable diseases and to facilitate research to advance the field of preventive, predictive, personalised and participatory medicine.
