CYNAMED®: ARTICHOKE BUD EXTRACT

Cynamed® is an artichoke bud extract (Cynara scolymus L.) standardized to caffeoylquinic acids (phenolic compounds) and inulin (soluble dietary fiber), naturally present in the artichoke bud. This unique combination of ingredients, tested in a study, may promote prebiotic,digestive, and cardiometabolic well-being. Our artichokes are sustainably grown in Spain and processed at our Euromed facilities in Murcia, Spain, using the innovative Pure-Hydro Process® to produce Cynamed®. This water-only extraction technology preserves the natural properties of the artichoke while concentrating caffeoylquinic acids and inulin, whose solubility in the extraction with water allows it to be obtained in higher concentrations compared to organic solvents.
