Rhodiola, also known as Golden Root or Arctic Rose, is a unique adaptogen. Rhodiola is helpful for enhancing the efficiency of body and mind. It helps to increase energy, stamina and mental capacity. Further, it can improve athletic performance, sleep quality and helps to resist the effects of stress. We can offer Rhodiola extracts based on Rhodiola rosea from our own cultivation in Western Europe. For around 20 years, we have been intensely working on cultivating 'Rhodiola rosea'. With our established cultivation, we aim to protect the species of the plant, which are severely endangered and were included in CITES. Commercially viable and traceable supply is essential to meet current and future demand. A comprehensive metabolomic study of our Rhodiola extract, derived from controlled cultivation, demonstrates significant positive effects on muscle health compared to wild collected material. Our cultivated Rhodiola extract enhances muscle differentiation, promotes recovery after exercise, supports natural regeneration after physical exertion, and supports muscle health in the event of age-related muscle loss. Our research highlights the extract’s ability to modulate key transcription factors (Pax7 and myoD) essential for muscle regeneration, increase antioxidant enzyme activity, boost ATP production, and enhance mitochondrial function.
