Our CLEARPEA® derived from pea hydrolysate, features a unique hydrolyzed processing method and innovative flavoring technique, resulting in minimal interference with mouthfeel, aftertaste, odors, and color.
CLEARPEA® opens the door to new flavors that have not been possible with traditional whey-based clear proteins, where flavoring is often limited by a dextrose-like aftertaste.
During the development of our product, we placed special emphasis on preventing foam formation, which typically requires the addition of anti-foaming agents in conventional whey-based clear proteins. We aimed to avoid these agents, as they are controversial and can be harmful to health. At the same time, the product must live up to its name and remain nearly foam-free. We achieved this in our product development and are proud to offer a pure Clear Protein without the addition of anti-foaming agents.
