ZP-Easy Palletizer – Compact, Versatile, and Designed for Demanding Environments The ZP-Easy is CAM’s latest palletizing solution, developed to offer an ideal balance of affordability, flexibility, and durability—especially in challenging industrial environments. Key Advantages: Built for tough conditions: All components related to the movement of the gripping head and product positioning are located in the upper section of the machine. This design ensures reliable operation even in areas with dusty, wet, or chemically affected floors. Robust safety features: The ZP-Easy includes protective barriers made of steel grid to ensure operator safety without compromising visibility or accessibility. Flexible Layout Configuration: The ZP-Easy is highly adaptable to various facility layouts. The infeed conveyor can be positioned in multiple ways—linearly or at 90° angles—on either side of the machine. This flexibility also extends to the placement of the pallet feeder and the electrical cabinet, allowing the machine to fit seamlessly into diverse production environments. Performance and Usability: The infeed conveyor offers sufficient buffer capacity during pallet changes, without increasing the machine’s footprint. The standard configuration allows palletizing up to a height of 1800 mm (excluding pallet). The operator panel can be connected to an external PC for automatic product format configuration. Remote technical support is available on request for real-time diagnostics and assistance. The ZP-Easy supports various gripping systems, including single or multiple suction-cup or clamp-based heads, depending on production needs. In addition to case-packs, the machine is also designed to handle large-size bags, enhancing its range of applications.
