Information

Healthspan demands optimisation of the gut, muscle and brain trifecta, which means preventative strategies take centre stage. This panel discussion will dissect the role of diet, exercise and the gut microbiome in shaping long-term cognitive and physical resilience across the lifespan. Taking a holistic view of longevity, we will examine the impact of monitoring biomarkers to assess brain and muscle health, understanding decline indicators, and strategies to rebuild function and prevent further deterioration. Beyond biology, the conversation will consider real-world consumer practices, motivations, and barriers, and what industry and policymakers must understand to encourage meaningful preventive action.
