Organic Coconut Nectar (Sugar) that is milled to a 16 mesh powder. We take the nectar from the flower blossom of the coconut palm tree and evaporate it into a powder. We centrally manufacture this item and oversee every step of the production to ensure the highest quality and consistency. It has a low glycemic index of 35 and can replace cane sugar at a 1:1 ratio.
