ABOUT COLOSTRUM
Colostrum (also called first milk) is the first food that mammals receive from their mother – even before milk. It contains a variety of ideally balanced ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, natural growth factors and above all immunoglobulins. The ingredients of bovine colostrum are 99% identical to human colostrum. And since a calf, unlike a human infant, is born without its own immunisation, the cow's colostrum contains many times more vital immune factors (antibodies).
Since humans and cows share a similar habitat, both have to fight against the same pathogens. In this respect, it is not surprising that the cow's first milk contains almost the same ingredients – Bovine Colostrum is 99% identical to human colostrum and, as a result, has excellent benefits for humans. According to its original function, it therefore also has the greatest benefits in relation to the immune system. As numerous studies and experiences in application show, colostrum has a harmonising effect on the human immune system.
The benefits of Bovine Colostrum for human´s organism manifests itself in different ways.
