ENNEAS ADVANCED™ Organic Aloe Vera Gel Powder+200X-SD-D

ENNEAS CORE™ Organic Aloe Vera Gel Powder +200X-SD-D (SD=Spray Dried) is produced from certified organic purified inner leaf juice of Aloe barbadensis Miller. The fresh inner fillet is mechanically separated to eliminate rind and aloin-containing components, followed by controlled purification to ensure safety and bioactive consistency. The material is dried and processed using spray drying technology (75–85°C) to maintain the structural integrity of aloe polysaccharides (especially Acemannan, ≥800 mg/L), while ensuring effective moisture removal and batch stability. The dried material is screened within a controlled environment (Class C Cleanroom) to achieve a uniform particle size (≥60 mesh), ensuring excellent dispersibility and formulation compatibility. The powder is decolorized to enhance visual stability and expand applicability across food, supplement, and cosmetic formulations.
