NEWmega™ Echium Oil contains 11-15% of the important omega-3 Stearidonic Acid (SDA). SDA is the omega-3 series equivalent for omega-6 Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). SDA only exists in a few plant sources. Echium Oil is second richest source, only Star Arvensis Oil™ (oil from the plant Buglossoides arvensis) is higher in SDA. Echium Oil also contains 26-33% omega-3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and 10-13% GLA.
